INTERNSHIP is a type of training at the time of ITI Training. Trainees has selected for internship approximately 3 months with the stipend of more than 300/ INR.It will boostup trainees well and create an economical strength. Trainees can get knowledge about industrial atmoshphere and working style. They can knowledge well about work punctuality, dress code, attendance and also possible to communicate with employees and higher officials well.Public sector, Private sector companies can offer Internship training in various schemes.Apprenticeship is an one year training and not more than 2 years also. Apprenticeship training are provided through Apprenticeship act 1961. ITI also has a seperate wing to provide internship. through AD centre which are running for recruitment. AD centers are created by Employment and training department for recruitment of ITI Trainees in Apprenticeship as well as Internship.Some states are followed this type of care to the ITI Trainees through its centers.
After the successful completion of ITI with Internship or without Internship.Trainee can apply for Apprenticeship in Government,Public sector and Private companies. Today, A mass vacany for all trades Apprenticeship has been awaiting for ITI trainees for the stipend of minimum 5500 to 12,500 and above(It may vary due to CPI-CONSUMER PRICE INDEX)

ITI Trainees can get permanent jobs through private companies. There is no need to complete Apprenticeship. There is a huge job promotion possibility based on the skill set who has hold after ITI. Private companies are recruited these type of jobs from ITI certificate holders through campus interview, Job mela and Applications through advertisement.
ITI certificate holders can start their own business according to their skill set and knowkledge. There are different scheme that are offering loan for ITI certificate holders. MSME sector businesses possible for ITI certificate holder. Nowadays MUDRA scheme gives a good entrepreneurship for all. If a candidate eligible with good knowledge and have a superb project. They can get loan from government.
After the successful completion of ITI. The trainees can get good job opportunities in ITI as a Instructor post. It must need 2 years experience in relevent field or good industrial experience. Now the recruitment of Instructor is based on written examination and interview.
ITI is started for economicaly poverty people. so, This is a minimum qualification and a hard to get promotions in Industrial side as well as other sectors. After ITI two years course. The candidate can apply for diploma course in polytechnic as a lateral entry(Direct second year).
Some states are permitted the ITI trainees to do engineering with an entrance examination eligibility. They can join Engineering course also. But, If you are completed ITI, Diploma and then the great possibility to do Engineering for regular as well as distance mode. Another one chance of 12th completed ITI certificate holder can join with their 12th certificate based Engineering courses also.
