What is COPA?.

The Industrial Training Institute (ITI) provides technical skill training under the Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS). The ITI Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) Course is, without a doubt, a technical skill training course. The COPA Course is a one-year computer training programme. Students in the 10th, 12th, and higher grades are eligible to enrol in the COPA Course. ITI COPA Course teaches MS-Office, operating system installation, Linux, Visual Basics, computer assembly, computer repair and maintenance, web design-full stack development, and Tally in accounting. The COPA Course certificate is issued by the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) in the name of the National Trade Certificate (NTC). In addition, the State Government provides the SCVT certificate. A student who has successfully completed the ITI COPA Course. They get good jobs as Data Entry Operators.

COPA course fees differ between government ITI colleges and Private ITI colleges. In general, Government ITI colleges fixed the COPA ITI Admission Fees at is 200 rupees to 5000 rupees for one year of complete training. Private ITI colleges' COPA Course Admission Fees are 15,000 to 50,000 rupees. Some of the state government ITIs, like Tamilnadu Government ITI, offer freebies such as free laptops, cycles, books, uniforms, stipends, and bus passes.
