- Passport size Photo: scanned copy(4MB)-jpg,png,pdf form
- NCVT/SCVT certificate:scanned copy(4MB)-jpg,png,pdf form
ITI Apprenticeship registration- How to register ITI Apprenticeship?.
- Click "Apprenticeship registration" portalfrom the below link.
- Next:Personal details
- ITI PASSED Trainees:Enter NCVT or SCVT certificate number, If you are passed ITI , then all the personal details are updated automatically,no need to enter.
- ITI RESULT AWAITED Trainees:Enter ITI registration number, If your are currently getting training in ITI and awaited ITI result.
- For FRESHERS,OTHER CATEGORY Trainees:Candidate type-Freshers or Pradhan mantri kausal yojana or Others.
- Date of Birth- Enter Date-Month-year format.
- Name- Enter your Name as on 10th(sslc) mark sheet
- Gender-click and select gender as Male or female
- Father's Name- Enter your's father name
- Mother's name- Enter your's mother name
- AAdhar card number- Enter your Aadhar card number not enter your father or mother Aadhar number.
- Spouse name- Enter your's Husband or wife name,if you are married. Otherwise leave blank
- Category- Enter your community like OBC,SC.ST..,
- Person with disability- If any disability and have valid certificate click option yes otherwise click NO
- Second category: Enter Contact details
- Enter: Address
- Click:State
- Enter:District
- Enter:Pincode
- Enter:Contact number
- Enter: E- mail id.
- Third category: Qualification details for Apprenticeship registration
- Select:Academic qualification like 10th,12th,Diploma,Degree
- Enter:Maximum marks
- Enter:Obtained marks
- Enter:Overall Percentage
- Fourth category:Technical qualification for Apprenticeship registration
- Enter:Name of the Institute like GOVERNMENT ITI,PUDUKKOTTAI
- Enter:Name of council like NCVT,SCVT
- Enter:Name of trade/course
- Enter:Course start date
- Enter:Course end date
- Enter:Maximum marks
- Enter:Obtained marks
- Enter:Overall Percentage
- Enter: Add button
- Fifth category: Trade preference
- Click the option from Trade as per your's trade
- After then , right side, hit the "Select 1st preference"
- then go to Trade, select any additonal courses related with your main trade
- After then , right side, hit the "Select 2nd preference"
- then go to Trade, select any additonal courses related with your main trade
- After then , right side, hit the "Select 3rd preference"
- Sixth category: Upload your Passport size Photograph and Date of Birth Document for Apprenticeship registration

AADHAR CARD number is mandatory for enter personal details in Apprenticeship registration,apart from that the below mentioned details required for Personal details entry in Apprenticeship training portal.

CLICK-ITI RESULT 2021-2022 Supplementary, Annual & Semester pattern.
PART II, Apprenticeship training Registration
E-mail id is mandatory for enter contact details in Apprenticeship registration portal.
.jpg or pdf document of 200kb 10th or 12th or any other more qualification scanned copy mandatory to upload in attach document
This is optional and not mandatory. If your are ITI Passed, You can enter details as follows
Select trade which you are studying now,that is like Fitter, Electrician..,
Upload Photograph must be 4MB and Date of birth document also in 4MB PDF/.jpg document.
Click the declaration box and enter Submit button
Now you can get it your Apprenticeship training registration number
